I am very disappointed since Corona neither a certificate nor at least a visor is accepted! I really enjoyed going there before, but that's a bottomless cheek! This is how you will lose your customers! There is at least acceptance from the competition! But that's not possible! I don't enter this shop anymore and anyone who is smart can't be fooled! It is very unfortunate that you are putting people's health at risk! People don't get oxygen under this mask and they don't even accept a visor! As I said, you will lose a lot of customers through this campaign! There is still the human rights law, ignoring it is a criminal offense! In addition, there are others who allow at least one visor! But anyone who acts so ignorantly and excludes people out of fear has lost touch with reality! As I said, those who are smart prefer to go to the competition where at least a visor is accepted! Many customers will believe that even after the Corona period! And after that at the latest the thought of a guilty conscience comes up, but then it is already too late if it no longer reaches you out of sheer fear you will lose a lot of customers even after the corona period! Because afterwards you will remember the ignorance with which you acted out of fear in this shop!

Equipment and selection is great - HOWEVER the operation is not very accommodating. It was 3 minutes before closing time and too much money - 20 euros more. After my wife wanted to check the corrected invoice again, the seller Mr. Arndt (seen on the receipt) said that she should take the invoice home and check it at home and if something was wrong, it would come back tomorrow. In the past, the salespeople were competent but always impatient with our daughter and rather unfriendly. We could also buy things on the Internet, as with almost all products and books, school supplies always go to local shops. Behavior like this then does not exactly support the business in cases in which one would actually prefer to order on the PC anyway. I strongly recommend that "the king is a customer" again as a motto.

Since you have "bookmarks" for shopping nearby, you can settle for it. But the prices should still be considered. Other shops sell books, folders, etc. much cheaper. And I do not think that this is a difference in quality. Otherwise good, helpful staff
