Fraudsters scam. Have 2x goods each worth ordered in 50 €. Seller then reports a shipment to DHL, but does not pass the goods to DHL and then claimed after the not working shipment tracking due to Corona. After 2 weeks, still not a commodity, Paypal Buyer Protection is undermined, negative Ebay ratings are deleted. exactly back in the second order the same game. Here are very bad rip-offs at work, be careful!
