Don't order from this company! We have returned defective goods within the withdrawal period and not only have we not received any money back, but have also been labeled stupid. This is a dubious and very customer-unfriendly company. Never again!

Incomprehensible! If only I had read the reviews before making my purchase. The item I bought was declared "in stock". Delivery, however, nil. I have now tried to cancel, but since I have given the address of my place of work for the sake of simplicity, I received the following email back: “Dear customer, thank you for the email. As a company you have no right of withdrawal. KIND REGARDS…" In another email I clarified that I made the purchase as a private person. Another e-mail followed: "Dear customer, there is no withdrawal for commercial customers. You must first grant us a statutory grace period. Only then can you withdraw from the contract. KIND REGARDS…" The gentlemen seem to understand a lot more about law than about service. I'm lost for words.

Not worth 1 star, hands off this company! The staff is very unfriendly when dealing with customers. It's very borderline how this company deals with customers. Actually worth an ad if it wasn't for less than 50 euros.

Not recommendable! Unfriendly, poor or no service, it is claimed that the shipment is on the way, but it never left the place. No, not recommended!
