Even when making an appointment, you were super friendly and very courteous. I didn't have a big problem, I just had the strap torn from the outside blind. Still, I got a quick appointment. The two fitters were super friendly and lightning fast. I hope not to come back anytime soon, but if so, then only here.

Fast and competent service. Within a week, I got an appointment to repair an electric shutter. The data was received nicely on the phone, so that the fitters had the right spare parts on arrival. The new engine was installed along with new bearings and suspensions within an hour. The fitters have explained everything and are very friendly. The delay of arrival due to a traffic jam was announced by phone. Keep it up! Only the lump-sum vehicle costs for Zone 1 in the amount of 17 € I feel a bit high at 5 km journey. Other companies measured here in comparison flat rate 5 euros.

Even if our awning is defective again, this time it is a different problem. The employees of this company work conscientiously and are very careful that everything is in order. Everything was tidied up afterwards and the friendliness emanating from the staff is also worth mentioning. Despite working with the heavy, unwieldy awning, they remained friendly and patient. I hope I can get this company to repair the awning with us again next time.
