ABC Travel Service

Most of the time I've have no problem with ABC travel they are usually quick to answer, however the new person working there is picking up the phone and not answering then hanging up. I went there and she says they are really busy which I find hard to believe because there's nobody but her there and the phone does not ring the entire time I'm there.

Horrible customer service. Refused to be any help with refunding me my money. Cheaper isnt always better. Rude employees and horrible customer assistance. All they want is you money. STAY AWAY. COVID showed their true colors, when flights got canceled or people couldn’t leave the country. Asked for a refund in May and 4 months almost 5 months later. Still no word

Terrible customer service! German family can't fly to the USA because of travel ban, ABC won't return the amount paid only a small amount of the total ticket price. You will lose close to 80%! Stay far far away!!! Cheaper definitely is not better...

Initial booking was fine. However, the airlines canceled my flight due to COVID-19. Because of the circumstances surrounding that, the airlines said I was entitled to a full refund. The whole time ABC Travel has been assuring me that if the airlines cancelled the flight then I could get a refund without the 60 Euro cancelation fee. But now, the 60 Euro fee is "unavoidable". Bottom line, garbage company, stay away. Take your business somewhere else.

Book directly with the airlines, otherwise you'll never see your money if you can't fly thru your fault or not!
