We have already booked our vacation here several times and have always received friendly advice. In particular, the consultant's personal experiences and tips helped us. And even in the Corona cancellation chaos and the uncertainties with travel warnings etc. they tried very hard to help us. Now, as always, we're looking forward to our vacation booked at TUI in KL :-)

Even in Corona times, we received timely help from Ms. Henrich with the processing of cancellations and refunds, cancellations and illness. The year did not bring many positive things for travelers or travel companies, but our problems were also solved quickly and without problems and we were given very good support with insurance transactions. Hopefully things will start "normally" again soon.
