Have moved from Northern Germany to Southern Germany with Umzuglogistik24. Unfortunately, our property was not handled very carefully. Several of our things were damaged. When we reported this with photos and description, we were given compensation. Instead of paying this, the responsible employee was apparently released and the compensation was not paid. They are not worth the one star !!!! - Edit: we took extra care that our dishes and our television are packed by the company so that they are insured through the company insurance. Unfortunately, the television and a crystal panel from an estate have been damaged. We also reported the destroyed disk personally to an employee.
