Waited three weeks for an offer, nothing happened. Then called and asked what was going on. It said Friday you have an offer. Still 4 days later. Although you have mold in the house and it has to be done quickly. Called again and the answer: yes you have to find another company. What is this company ??? If you wanted to explain it was simply hung up with "I don't feel like it" NEVER AGAIN !!!!
