I've been using the products for almost two years now and I'm very enthusiastic. We were particularly impressed by the tissi high chair, we wouldn't want to go without it anymore. The overall package is just right and the whole family is satisfied.

Bad experience, I will never buy anything there again! and really can't recommend it. I wanted to return an item I had bought and make use of my right of withdrawal. They tried to talk me out of this and were told that I did not have the right to do so. COVID-19 was used as the reason. When I asked for written evidence of this decision, nothing could be explained to me. Only after several phone calls and e-mails, in which I finally pointed out the right of withdrawal for the buyer as stipulated in the BGB, was I allowed to return the purchased item. Receipt of the item by the seller has been confirmed to me. However, I had to wait a few weeks for the purchase price to be refunded. As a reason for the delay, I was informed in the meantime that there was an open conflict on Ebay, which had to be ended by me. After contacting Ebay, I was told that there was no conflict opened there between me and the seller at all.
