Full of anticipation for the golden wedding of our parents, which we celebrated on the Moselle, we ordered a gift basket from home, which, as discussed over the phone ... should be picked up on site by us personally. We were there as agreed, only nobody knew anything about the basket. Until the friendly lady found out through several phone calls that only one knew about it. So we gave again what should be put together in this basket. It was agreed to pick up the basket on the day of the golden wedding. My husband was horrified at first by the unfriendly saleswoman and then the basket was still not ready. We were not accommodated in any way ... although there was talk of compensation because of all the anger. Then we found out that a bottle of wine was not put in ... it was not charged either, but originally it should go in ..... If that had been all ... very upset about this whole process ... the Federweißer we had bought on Sunday was no longer fresh and the boss just had the argument that everything was mixed up because of Corona ... we don't suffer all under this situation ... but this is no excuse for us. Then at home, the crowning glory, the oil had run out ..... my in-laws got new things sent but without words. All in all, very sad and does not show that the customer is king. Especially since the family were regular customers!

Nice wine shop in Ernst. Fine wines. Inexpensive sweet white wine was very good, but after tasting the somewhat more expensive and delicious sweet white wine, we took a bottle of it with us. Friendly boss. In the shop below there is also a small, free wine museum. Parking spaces in front of the shop.

We are excited about the shop in Cochem. Friendly employees and very child-friendly, despite the large number of customers. Goods are super packed for the way home.
