We took the passenger ship from Cochem to Beilstein and back. On time and everything clean. Moderate drink prices and little things to eat. friendly staff. Information about the journey comes from the tape. Anyone who has never done a lock trip and wants to slow down is well served here.

No matter how beautiful the area may be, avoid this "tour". Bad organization, completely arbitrary travel times and above all an extremely unfriendly staff. Surprisingly, it is not the young waitresses, but the older staff, who cannot be beat for unfriendliness.

My husband and I took part in the Cochem-Koblenz boat trip on September 18, 2020. Unfortunately we have to agree with the negative critics and regret not having read these reviews first. The ship actually had no flair and looked dirty. Corona rules were only observed very sparsely, that started with the distance regulation. There was a single ladies' toilet for the entire ship, which was probably not cleaned when the ship stopped in Koblenz. For the most part, the staff was very unfriendly. As a lady here already remarked, one was probably one of the unwanted guests in the bow of the ship and was seldom or not paid attention to. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get hold of one of the coveted deck spaces either on the outward or on the return trip, which further reduced the joy of this trip. We cannot recommend this relatively expensive trip, then rather drive along the Moselle by car or bike and visit the small towns on the way to Koblenz.

We took a trip on the Moselle, the weather was great. Unfortunately there was only one uncomfortable ladies' room. The staff was nice, Corona and distance rules were adhered to by staff and guests. Only the prices for such a trip are gigantic, here you realize that it is a monopoly, you can get at the fare. These are overdrawn and you don't get a discount on the fare as a holder of a severely disabled pass or on the guest card, so you don't attract any customers Kunden

Price-performance ratio fits and the crew and service from the ship "Wappen von Cochem" are highly recommended - and have been for decades.
