Finanzamt Pirmasens

Very, very lengthy and, in my opinion, no longer reasonable processing times. I've been waiting for over half a year for the land tax (tax debt) for my former property to be finally rewritten to the new owner. In addition, my demand was not responded to.

Woman at the reception friendly. But the man who sometimes sits at the front desk is just the opposite ... Pretty rude

The tax office is unable to process the notification of payment of property tax 7 (!) Months after an entry in the land register.

At the tax office in Pirmasens, it simply depends on who you come into contact with. Over half of the contacts are friendly and, above all, helpful. The rest of the people are pretty musty and will no longer learn that taxpayers' salaries are financed and that you are at the service of society. The switchboard is always stressed and you immediately get the feeling that you are disturbing and that you are undesirable. Services close to the citizen look different and maybe you can take an example from the tax office in Bad Homburg, where friendliness and helpfulness are simply lived.
