Very bad service. I recommend you to take car from different branches

The staff are super rude and had awful attitude with me and my husband! Bad Bad Bad branch

Staff's attitude was incredibly awful. The elder staff got upset just because I can't understand his English. Then he skipped me and turned to process the case coming after me. That's so ridiculous! Finally, I still picked up the car but one more hour later than it was meant to be. Extremely not recommended! Furthermore, the staff there must be retrained how to receive customers!

A great Service and a very profitional team

They charged me 32 EUR extra for no reason and when I sent them an email, no one replied back.
