Very good service, good assembly staff. Prices are good, one must not forget that delivery, installation, disposal of old equipment and partially extended warranty is included. When repairing coffee machines you also get a loaner for a small price that I am super and in the morning very important.
We bought a pellet stove and are very happy with everything. The advice was great and also the setting up and connecting the stove worked well! Since we have drilled the holes in the wall ourselves and we were not sure if everything is right, Mr. Bahlinger came to us to see everything in advance.
And today I had once again a telephone demand, again very nice and competent answers. I would buy something here anytime. So I imagine customer service !!!

A few years ago we bought a coffee machine that was brought to us. On the spot we got a really comprehensive and competent instruction, always with the note that we are always welcome to report any ambiguity. Recently we had a problem with the machine. Here I was given a little practical tip, which has solved the problem completely. Did not cost me anything except a short conversation. We have experienced this differently with other companies. I always like to go there. The city needs good and competent retailers and the company Bahlinger is definitely one of them!
Bad experience asked for a spare part for a washing machine this week and only got an answer, there is no longer another dealer at the Horeb they helped me, so I will only go to the Horeb because they are manufactured here like me on Monday had to experience
