it's amazing how this Dr. M.W. vs. Patient behaves - rude and completely socially incompetent. This doctor had a referral from my internist; only a blood sample was to be taken to examine various parameters. When, at the beginning of the conversation, I casually mentioned that years ago I had blood drawn from another urologist for a completely different matter, this Dr. M.W. but actually "then I won't do anything now, I would like to see these laboratory values ​​years ago first". I explained to him that 3 years ago I was examined by this other urologist for a completely different matter, and that these laboratory results are already 3 years old. He replied "I do not want to argue with you, I do not investigate for nothing, bring me these laboratory values, then we will see." At first I was speechless. I had to wait 4 months for this appointment only to be rudely brushed off after 2 minutes. I think in technical jargon this could also be called "failure to provide assistance". I will also contact the Medical Association in this regard, it is so antisocial and impolite that one does not deal with patients. I advise everyone against this doctor and when I consider that this doctor also practices at the local hospital, I feel bad.

I'm very satisfied. The staff and doctors are always friendly and courteous.

Dr. med. Günther Hennrich is unfortunately not there anymore. When he was still there, they treated him well. Now it is very different. Humanity and courtesy are not the top priority here. Unfriendly, even outrageous, one is treated as a person "- I do not want to call it that."
