No issues with redemption

Bought a watch online here and the advertised picture showed an amplitude of over 260. Not a bad value for a watch that is almost 25 years old. As soon as the watch arrived, it was brought to the manufacturer, where an amplitude of only 216 was determined on a high-performance timing machine. An underground value, the watch immediately went into service for over € 500. The only response was “send you back then ?!”. In my opinion borders on fraud.

We sold some pieces of old gold from Mrs. Wagner. She immediately allayed our concerns that we had about scrap gold dealers. She is very nice, fair and competent. We felt we were in very good hands with her. It deviated only minimally from the daily prices known to us, but that was not worth mentioning. I would sell to Frau Wagner again at any time.

I would not buy again with Frau Wagener.

Have bought a high-quality Rolex at Mr. Wagener. Until now, I have always picked up my watches personally. Because of the distance I have sent me these but now. From the contact to the delivery of the clock (and afterwards) I am very satisfied. I can recommend Mr. Wagener without any hesitation. The clock corresponded to 100% of the description (even better). The settlement was perfect from A-Z. The amount was transferred on Wednesday evening and the clock was delivered Friday noon. Gladly again!
