I am very disappointed! Today I was my fiance in this jewelry store. In the run-up we had chosen wooden and silver rings as wedding rings from an Austrian goldsmith, all we needed was the ring size. Where do you measure it? At the jeweler - we thought. Apparently there is only customer service here, if you buy something immediately. If you don't do that (although that wasn't even clear - in fact, I like to look around at jewelers and buy jewelry from time to time - that wouldn't have been out of the question here, after all, we had brought time with us) "Then search the Internet to find out how to measure your size!" kicked out! Would it have broken a spike from the crown, pulling out the ring gauge in a completely empty shop ...? We have already received a removal from several jewelers in this matter (which is understandable, considering cheap wedding rings from the Internet), but it has NEVER been presented in such a way! Here you know how to be well remembered! In the end, as instructed, I have now made myself smart on the Internet. And I know where I will never buy anything in my life.
