Super unfriendly and felt very discriminated against. I think it's a shame that Germany is becoming very intolerant.

The very last! 17.45 clock it is no longer possible to give up a package, because the mail pieces have already been cleared away and the conclusion would be made. All the things that are outside the store have already been cleared and the lights off, so no one ever gets the idea to go to the store. Unfortunately Regina is not there anymore. :-( Since then the service and friendliness no longer exists ... :-(

Everything was great so far. Parking situation well

Dreist - Naughty - Impossible - Customers are treated like idiots. This business will never see me again from within. Today I wanted to give up a package and other mailings there. The owner was so unfriendly when I asked for the prices and snapped at me constantly. When I testified that she should not be so rude please, she yelled at me that if I do so, she can be rude. "Hello" I wanted to know the prices for shipping an insured parcel, nothing more. I asked her not to yell at me, the shop was full of customers who enjoyed it. Then the nice lady yelled at me again, "If I could do that, you could yell at me, too." I asked again for the price of an uninsured package and I was yelled again "This is already the third time I tell you. 4.50 euros uninsured. She actually gave me the price once, only because of her stupid-cheeky-loud nature, I was then unfocused. I rebuked her for not screaming like a kid with me. Then I got screaming the answer again, if I behave like a child she can treat me as well as one. I then asked for the full price, as I had other deliveries and from her came the childish answer "It costs a lot of money." What should such a kindergarten and such unfriendly, yes outrageous and inhumane behavior towards a customer? This woman should be urgently trained in dealing with customers and may even ask herself if she is overburdened or wants to drive her business into ruin with this behavior. Such a thing is simply impossible for a paying customer. A telephone complaint was of course immediately to the German Post. There one was absolutely not pleased about this behavior. Here a star is definitely too much. Unfortunately, you have to forgive at least one.
