Unfortunately, I must also agree: The gracious Mr. Satter has it not so with the interpersonal. I have already reported this to TUI and my experience was 4 months ago. That was the gracious gentleman too much 2-3 facts with the coolie in a catalog to note. If he should still perform secretary activity then he must demand more. VERY GREAT SERVICE, respect. Was there for the last time and can only advise against. What does he do when it really should come to problems and he has already cashed? Absolutely not recommended !!!! :(
