At the travel agency fuller crisis management is capitalized. At the Thomas Cook broke, the offices remain closed and calls are not accepted. Actually, we were satisfied with the advice and wanted to book again through the travel agency Satter ours but to see that the offices are closed although many of their customers stuck in the holiday destinations is already a huge mess. After all, you book through a travel agency so that you have a contact person. Here at the travel agency Satter one stands in front of closed doors and telephone calls are not accepted.
