I bought a sofa from a German brand manufacturer here in 2006 (without advice, purely via telephone request). The contact was very nice and friendly, the price was perfect. The processing and delivery worked very well, so I ordered a chair from the same series 2 years later. Again, everything is fine. Soon the next sofa is on ... I will definitely inquire here again.

So far, the experiences have been OK. been. Advice wasn't good, but the price was good. It is difficult to get advice for the furniture by telephone and to get it if both are not in front of the piece of furniture.
You should know what you want before you order. Had ordered a cupboard from Staud and a box spring bed. Bed manufacturer was not listed on the website, but getting the bed over the bed was not a problem. A couple of years later I reordered the bedside table for the bed, too, and it had problems. You get what you order.
No flexibility in delivery possible / no second appointment possible on delivery despite the fact that the company long before only a period of 2 weeks as the target indicates. Never again
We have ordered a leather leather armchair from Maximöbel in Bengel and have paid accordingly high price. Unfortunately, after a few years there were cracks on the surface and it turned out that the chair is covered only with imitation leather. The furniture store says that you should immediately notice the difference between real and artificial leather.
Therefore only one point, because there is no trust.
Attention: You may get something else at this furniture store, what you ordered. So,
Keep your eyes open when buying furniture.
