As a patient, I felt that I was in good hands here. Waiting times are generally to be expected when visiting a doctor, which was also the case in the MVZ. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the doctor was competent and took time for the anamnesis. I would go for treatment there again at any time.

Waiting times and the allocation of appointments show a considerable lack of coordination skills and the severity of the illness is completely insufficiently taken into account. The behavior towards the patient is mostly indifferent and disrespectful. Medical care by Dr. Dindoyal is to be rated positively.

I am very grateful for the friendliness of the entire team and the doctors in the outpatient clinic, the MVZ Be it the appointment or the treatment, excellent. I am deaf and provided with CI, but right now in Corona times I have immense difficulties (due to mask) with speech understanding. Thanks to the MVZ for showing me so much empathy. I find waiting times to be normal, especially since the doctors and the team cannot know how long treatment takes, plus emergencies. I don't understand the whining of some.
