What a fabulous place, delicious wines too! The wine tasting was hosted by the father of the family, who shared all manner of knowledge about the terroir, grape choices and production. The tasting room is modern and bright with a lovely view across the terraced vineyards. I would highly recommend visiting this Weingut if you are looking to buy wine!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I had a great time tasting 12+ excellent wines at Axel’s gorgeous vinothek accompanied with interesting facts about heritage, wine and region. We highly recommend this experience to everyone who is keen on tasting perfection!

Today we had a wine tasting at the Pauly winery in Lieser. The winery initially impresses with its inviting and exclusive architecture. Mr. Pauly is a very, very authentic and personable winemaker who presents his guests with the unique wines of his steep slopes. In short: wonderful wines, very good atmosphere! The wines of the Moselle are in no way inferior to those from other German wine regions (Palatinate, Rheinhessen, Rheingau). Keep it up!

This winery comes highly recommended. You can tell that the owner is a winemaker with body and soul. The wine tasting takes place in an appropriate and professional setting. In addition, the wines are uniquely delicious and stand out from many conventional ones.
