UPS Access Point

Returned a package today and had no problems. Was served very friendly, the code was copied, scanned and two minutes later I had the confirmation on my cell phone. Quick, easy and nice. We recommend !!!

Not recommendable. Had a return code from Amazon that is scanned on site and then the label is created. This service has been part of UPS for ages and I have never had any problems. However, this position does not offer such a simple service. The operator didn't even know that UPS was offering this. When I asked if he could help me find a job that offered this (since I'm actually from a different area), he couldn't even do that. In Wittlich at UPS everything was possible as usual.
