When Mr. Götz was the branch manager there for many years, I only went shopping at Norma. Unfortunately, the person in question is (unfortunately) no longer employed there, and since then, in my opinion, the Bernkastel site has been steadily going downhill. Constantly changing staff, also very unfriendly. Often expired goods. I would personally advise against buying fruit (often rotten or covered with flies). Promotional offers e.g. starting on November 23rd, 2020 are already sold out when the market opens on the 23rd. Why??? Because they are already in the assortment on Friday November 20, 2020. If you talk to the staff about this, you get unqualified answers. (Probably too lazy to get up earlier on Mondays to clear the range). There is an urgent need for action here ......

Partly rude staff. With special offers, nothing is available at 8 a.m. The market opens at 7 a.m. !!! If you mention this, you will be cut off succinctly with the statement: "Then everything is sold out". This is a shame, because the special offers are very good in themselves if you are lucky enough to get something. You should act quickly.

A supermarket and a NORMA, as you mostly know it. Good products, too few but nice and hard-working staff, no flagship store. And yet there is everything you need here. There is more than enough parking space, is centrally located in the commercial area, there is also a bakery next door and it is never really full. What can I say, "no stress, except that the" man "makes himself" because I lack the patience. MY PROBLEM AND A GOOD TRAINING AREA
