Insanely unfriendly and suspicious people in this shop. Apparently dissatisfied with their job, that is left out on the customer. One should urgently work on the wording of the letters and in the telephone calls. It feels like imprisonment is imminent if you dare not to reply.

The biggest want to have money, transferring money takes about 6 months, but woe to me if I transfer their claim 1 day too late then everything is threatened

Unfriendly and lazy .... Application thrown in the Finazamtbriefbox in September ... not arrived by the beginning of November ????? how does it work ????? Then we started talking about it .... hopefully this lady will buy some rolls with me...

I don't know what's the problem with some people here. I called today at 10, nobody answered. 5 minutes later I tried it again and it was my turn. The lady was very nice but couldn't help me directly so she passed me on. The 2nd lady was also very friendly and could help me with my problem.
