Super nice kind staff & tasty burger! I was there with friends and we were quite slow to order dishes or didn’t understand well but the staff (Kellnerin) was super nice and really kind! And the burger also was really tasty. It has plenty of outside tables with heating devices (Heizstrahler). I was very very satisfied! Thank you 😊

Extremely slow service. We sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone passing by. This is the second time we try it. We thought the first time was bad because it was new.

Food was delicious, could only have been a little hotter and could have been more of the stated vegetables / champions. The coleslaw is highly recommended as is the escort salad. The table was clearly too small for 5 registered people. The service was super friendly and responded very well to changes. (5 stars)

Yesterday we were finally able to test Hans in luck. We had to wait a long time for a branch in Kiel to open. We received a very friendly and nice welcome. The waitress asked for consideration that she had to get used to it first. That goes without saying for us! Anyone who expects everything to run like clockwork after a week or so will think they are king and the service is only the foot soldiers! The drinks came after 2 minutes, the fries as well (were for our son). We ordered 2 vegan burgers, which tasted just wonderful! The bun was soft, fluffy, the pattie spicy and tasty. In combination with the salad / rocket, the vegan cheese and the sauces a poem! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

There were four of us there in the evening and the service was very friendly. The food was mostly good, but the portions could have been a bit bigger for the price. We found the small space at the tables in the interior a cheek. Who should sit there longer? Elementary school students? This, combined with the sudden disco volume of the music, is apparently designed to allow you to leave the store very quickly. Cozy is different! A relaxed conversation was no longer possible and we sat outside, where it was not only pleasantly quieter, but also a little more comfortable. In summer temperatures we would come back for a refreshing drink - but only outside.
