Granted, my fingernails are not ideal, so I went for the first time in a nail salon, namely this. The Asians have the reputation that they are very polite and friendly. That has changed, because the lady who was supposed to scrape my nails did not say a word at first. I just wanted a manicure, maybe that was the reason? Roughly my fingers were pushed to soften the cuticles in a bowl, instead of a word. The cuticle was cut off and I assume that the nail bed was injured, because the next day 3 fingers were inflamed there. Then the nail polish was applied, excess paint, which had landed on the skin, removed the employee with her own nail. Is that common? I feel it is unhygienic. The nail polish did not want to dry, despite a heat source. I was allowed to go, but unfortunately the paint was not really tight. I had to get dressed and with 3 nails the paint was ruined when I got home. I hope there are other studios that employ better professionals. This looks great on the equipment, but the quality is not satisfactory.
