I will never order from this online shop again. Dealing with customers is miserable. I have ordered a gel that should be suitable for using an LED lamp, but the gel does not dry in it. The seller sees no fault and assures me that it is my fault and I have not followed the instructions. I applied the gel according to these instructions, the lamp I use is a high quality strong LED lamp, with the other materials from other companies I have no problems. But even the thin layer of this gel does not dry in the lamp. They offered to send the gel back to me for review at my expense. For the second time to the address Nails & Beauty Factory GmbH he gave in an email Hopfenstrasse 1d 24114 Kiel the package could not be delivered.
