Ti's car dealer only wants to sell the most expensive car.

Friendly service
Has been to the workshop twice so far. The first time my new car had a recall which was checked / repaired there. In retrospect, I noticed little things that annoyed me a bit, but I didn't recognize it as dramatic.
Now I have given my car there for the second time because I needed my first service (oil service). When I picked up my vehicle, I almost got the blow, € 241 for an oil service !! My car needed 3.6 liters of oil for which I was allowed to easily get 120 € gross metal sheets.
And then when I get into my car the same incidents that bothered me at the first appointment there.
The driver's seat is not only adjusted in position, which is of course required, the entire backrest is simply adjusted as well. Then all the light and air conditioning settings in the vehicle were changed.
In general, the staff is super friendly and my advisor, whom I met at the first appointment, is very friendly. Only the prices there are utopian and I just don't think it's possible to get comfortable in my vehicle first. Will have my inspections done elsewhere now.
ADDENDUM:
After a written complaint, the sales manager gave a telephone apology including compensation. Absolutely appropriate and customer friendly. It's a shame that it didn't go that way from the start.
Unfortunately not a good experience! Staff friendly, but only mentioned casually (!) During the tour that a door was replaced by a car due to a (minor?) Accident. This was neither in the ad, nor was it mentioned when making an appointment. Traveled specially from Hamburg for this purpose, which is unfortunately a bitter disappointment and so not recommended. Price-performance then no longer fits with the offer.
