I bought a used ford focus from Süverkrüp Mazda dealer. after 10 months the AC is not working, i went back to them as the car is still in warranty. they were really friendly , fixed everything as it should be . it totally worth buying a car from a repeatable name like Süverkrüp. even when they sent me a bill for the repair by mistake it was solved internally by them. totally recommended !!!

Workshop top and the sale too. The car dealer I trust.

Miserable service quality and sometimes sloppiness in the workshop I bought a Dacia Dokker from Süverkrup last year. On my first trip abroad, the warning lights blinked after the workshop inspection by Süverkrup, so I urgently had to stop and call the service. So we were not yet at the holiday destination abroad and after waiting for a while in the pampas, the service told us that a pipe in the engine compartment had not been properly attached. Now, after a year, there was paint damage on the bonnet that looked like pimples in several places. At first they did not want to recognize this as warranty damage and only researched carefully when it became clear that the car had only recently been there for an inspection and that there was nothing to be seen there and that another appraiser was threatened. Fortunately, an expert was visiting and was able to help. Because there has actually been a recall from Dacia precisely with this damage. Now I called when my car would be ready on the day it was returned. I was told that my car will not be ready at the agreed time because it has not yet returned from the painter. But he had been for some time, because I spoke to the painter beforehand, who said he had been back at Süverkrup for a while and that I should follow up on that. As a result, the service lied to me coldly and put myself off after this fact (from Friday to Monday - that is, over the whole weekend) That was noon and there is still enough time to fit a bonnet. I can neither recommend the workshop nor the service, because if you deliver a new car with sloppy acceptance, that's not good, nor is it good to lie to customers on the phone, not keep appointments or try to avert warranty services. ---------- I just got the message that the car is now being made ready. But it's a shame that all of this didn't work without several very angry phone calls. When we picked it up, one of the masters (Mr Kosch) was very friendly and accommodating.

Had an appointment today for inspection. The staff was very, very friendly and my car was ready in less than 6 hours. Even when we picked it up, everything went perfectly, quickly and very, very friendly. Was well informed about all steps and measures on the car in advance and afterwards.

I went to the inspection with my Mazda (great car for 3 years), as well as the times before: great service, super nice, great team, extensive advice from Mr. Böhler! Shuttle service great! Everything is made possible here, just on a note; upon request of satisfaction .. will be dealt with in depth. If you are not happy and satisfied here, it may be because of you! (;
