We stood at the gate and there you should open the door to make an appointment on the phone. We called directly from Tor and were treated unfriendly.
When we called again there was only a tape and there was no response to email.
The dealer is not recommended and no customer service
A very, very bad advice I called for a vehicle around noon then I was told that the person responsible would be the seller at 4:30 p.m. then I called 4:30 p.m. then the phone was promptly closed without any background inquire Vehicle has been sold and will then be hung up immediately because I'll never buy a vehicle in my life
I actually wanted to sell my car, the first contact was very friendly. A price was agreed and the contract should be signed the following day and the car should be deregistered.
The next day I was told that there were too many cars in the yard, that he had no space and could no longer accommodate the car.
Since the phone was called just before the shop closed the day before, I find it really unbelievable that none of it was mentioned there! You take time off, plan, schedule everything and then you are told with a grin on your face - nothing happens.
I have 0 understanding for, therefore once and never again!
