I contacted the car dealership Lafrentz by phone because I was looking for a spare part (bulb holder taillight) for my Saab 9-5. I was only given classic help on the phone because I am not from Kiel, shipping was necessary and this was not a problem because the rest we did it by email I paid it in advance within 2-3 working days, the spare part came very quickly :) it was exactly what I wanted and above all a Saab original!
I am absolutely satisfied and it is a top performance! I can just recommend her.
