Contact today: My experience definitely doesn't match the description of how the company sells to the outside world. Here is a quote or description: "Don't worry, we accept any car, no matter what type or condition. We'll take care of it!" I offered you a Mitsubishi Colt Bj.2009 in absolutely top condition. The man on the phone was pretty disinterested and referred me directly to Whatsapp and wasn't sure which of the 3 numbers I should get! I sent him all the pictures etc. and there was simply no response. That was simply arrogant and dubious- I checked and there was only a little too expensive! The car had not yet received an "online rating" of 3300 € extras yesterday. If your company describes itself in high tones and supposedly buys EVERY car, I understand your imagined one and arrogant not. I imagine a sensible conversation differently and I work with customers every day. I can only advise everyone, don't do it yourself.
