Easy going .. professional.. everything goes smoothly.. brilliant experience with enterprise
The car we've booked was not available so we got an upgrade... unfortunately a family carrier was not really what we as a couple liked to drive because of the size... issues with the invoice were initially handled poorly by a member of the team - only after complaining about the attitude and lack of customer service we've received an apology by the manager, who was indeed very friendly...
It is below the station and bus stands so it is easy to get to. Friendly and efficient staff. Pick up and drop off in front of shop, so no dragging yourself off to some godforsaken parking lot on the other side of town like other rental co's.
Really nice cars for half the price of the competitors. Fast customer service and hassle free pickup and returns.
One of the word absence office I’ve been to. All the workers are slow and either drunk or stoned. Basic amendments like water is out of the question. I’ve rented from the company for several times yet they had some request that I’ve never heard before of.
