Very poor service when picking up the car. The older gentleman(mechanic?) was nice, the "boss" was not.

Great service when picking up the car, they even picked us up on the docks when we called saying we couldnt find their location. Upon delivery after three weeks of rental we were met by a passive aggressive staff because they considered the car «dirty». We have rented several times in different locations, with the same amount of «dirt», but never felt so unpleasant upon returning the car. The car was simply dusty from driving on dirt roads, and in otherwise great condition. Even if the car was in worse shape than considered normal, the attitude from staff was untenable and unwarranted. A shame regarding the outstanding service upon arrival, and that we otherwise was happy with the car.

Poor, unfriendly service. Be careful, they might charge your credit card even if you didn't take their car. This happened to me twice. Never again!
