The team at the branch in Kiel is absolutely top notch. I needed 2 trucks for different dates and they were accomodating my needs in no time. Very professional. I would always go back there and rent again. Check in and check out was done in a timely fashion. I had no waiting time at all.

Great staff and service. Things went very smoothly and as expected.
The rental office was previously at a completely different address: Kesselschmied/Werftstr. 218. When they moved to this new address (which you can see is NOT very close to the old address) they did not inform the customers who had reservations at the old office. So I and a handful of other customers went to the old office only to find a note on the door with the new address. Customers should have been informed about the move. Sixt still gets 2 stars because I called and asked to be picked up and driven to the new location and they were nice enough to do that. Cannot give them any more stars because my rental was supposed to have A/C and although it had A/C, the A/C did not function AT ALL. So check your car first before driving, especially if it is super hot, to make sure you got A/C. (I only realized on the Autobahn that the A/C was not working...)
