I booked a limo here for 4 days starting from the next day of Christmas so that i can go for a vacationand everything was looking so good until i went for taking the car and they said that they can't give me the car because it's been only 15 months since i have received my german driving licence and they cannot give me a limo to drive bcoz it's their company policy. And they don't have a smaller car instead bcoz everything was booked . Fair enough but if that is your company policy shouldn't you have included that in your website while booking the car or while choosing the car options ? . A big Thanks to Europcar for spoiling my vacation plans and stranding me on the middle of nothing and making me run from pillar to post for searching another company for no use . Feeling really frustrated with your incompetence.

Not recommended!! We had a van for a day. We put it back in the parking lot the same evening. No digital handover protocols sent upon collection. Now - 1 month later - it is said that we had the transporter for 2.5 days and we are supposed to have caused damage, which is not true. Hands off, there are serious competitors.

Really naughty employees. Charge 25 euros for 1km away from the gas station to the yard. Should I deliver the car by plane? Never go back next time, I'd rather pay more but get better service, for example. B Sixt

Both the nice young lady at the counter and the gentleman taking over / taking back the vehicle have absolutely convinced me with the top service! Anytime again and absolutely to be recommended!
