Very bad experience! Serious, proven mistakes were made when changing the clutch, but there was no understanding and no reparation. It was vehemently denied and even the evidence was not even looked at. I call something like that little or no understanding for the customer. That is why I advise everyone to think twice about having repairs carried out there. The one who does should get legal assistance afterwards.

When I handed in the car, I was served in a nice and friendly manner. After my car was checked and I was informed by phone about the repair costs, I was puzzled. When I announced that I would pick up my car, the tone changed and I was told that there were already costs and that no cost estimate would be made. On the same day, I took my car directly to the authorized workshop because I couldn't believe the alleged defect and the repair costs were in the four-digit range. After a second examination by the authorized workshop, strangely enough, a completely different result and price came out. 😮 Now I have to pay 98 euros instead of 1800 euros. I won't let the shop rip me off! I'm really disappointed and somehow hurt that you are being ripped off (luckily my gut feeling has not misled me). Finally, thanks to Opel, my car no longer has any problems!

My car was damaged and that's why I came to the workshop. The employees were courteous and very nice, they were served very well and you can't complain about the price ratio. The damage to the car was cleanly repaired thanks to a good job. Simply top everything, I'll definitely be back!

For days I had had a strange noise from the engine, so I made an appointment at my authorized workshop for my little speedster. Error diagnosis water pump defective, cost 165 € Huha..for the error diagnosis that was ok. The timing belt would then be replaced at the same time, as this component runs via the water pump ... I would have to pay almost € 800. Since I wanted to get a second opinion, this company was recommended to me. So I made an appointment. So handed in the cart and briefly into town. When I came back from shopping, the car was already outside. Fault diagnosis wrench behind the starter ... fault was gone, engine has been running clean for days ... madness.
