It was pleasant talks with the organization team Mr. Wichmann and Mrs. Evert. The funeral was meticulous and according to our wishes. Humanity is very important here and we always felt in good hands.

My mother mistakenly transferred a total amount. This amount included a cost item, the service of which we did not use. Our kind request to transfer the incorrectly calculated amount back was rejected. There were 180 € for applying for the death certificate and picking up the same. However, this service was not provided because I did this myself. Nevertheless, the company insists on non-reimbursement. An attitude that is absolutely non-transparent, bypasses the customer and is not contractually stable. As a result, we reserve the right to take legal action. With this in mind, I strongly advise against Strunk burials
