I bought a dress for 28 € in this shop on 07/27/2020. On 07/29 I'm there again to give the dress back. I found another one that I liked better. The gentleman at the cash register tells me that this is probably not possible because of CORONA ?!
What does Corona have to do with it?
That is probably more of an exploitation of the corona virus in order not to pay back the money to the customers.

He pointed to a sign that they must have hung, which said "No exchange".
This sign was hanging on Monday when I didn't buy the dress. I was also not made aware that an exchange or return would not be possible.
What a cheek !!
