Very pleasant shopping! Friendly advice! - In addition: Of course it was accepted that I didn't wear a "mask". For medical reasons, this is not possible for me; I also have a certificate. In some shops I have therefore already been shown the door, which for me amounts to discrimination against my person. These businesses have permanently lost me as a customer. Not so Wellensteyn. I will be happy to shop here again and will not switch to the somewhat cheaper online shopping.
Super nice saleswoman, always happy to receive great advice.
Bought a jacket and wanted to wear it right away. For this I asked a young blonde employee (according to the receipt Ms. Wichelmann) to remove the labels when paying.
She then informed us that the jacket cannot be exchanged, which is certainly incomprehensible, but was ultimately accepted by us because, as I said, we wanted to use the jacket right away.
The hammer came when I asked the lady to put the labels in the bag for me ......., without success !!!!
She's not allowed to do that. When asked why ... no explanation. On the hint ..... if I had removed the sign outside myself, it would be the same ......, no explanation !!!
So we left the signs in the shop, incomprehensibly.
But there was more ... !!
After paying, we asked the lady if there was no mask requirement for employees in her shop, as none of the staff wore one.
Answer: no we don't need it.
That was our experience as a tourist in this shop. Never again
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good shop with bargain deals.
After visiting every store to change my zipper, I went to Kiel, where my sister-in-law made me try this store. So yesterday we went to the downtown store.
The employee worked on my problems immediately, even gave me zippers and even buttons to be on the safe side. And when asked what she got from me, she replied that it was free, but that she would appreciate a nice Google rating. Said and done!
We felt very comfortable in the store and the beaming employee made our day sweeter. She also took time for us and talked to us about the jackets and her experiences. It cannot be taken for granted that one feels so welcome in the shop.
I would come back to the store every time and I am absolutely thrilled.
