I ordered through the online shop. The colors in nature do not match the presentation in the online shop! Didn't receive a return label with the delivery. When I tried to contact Elkline, I noticed that neither the email addresses nor the telephone number, which you can only find on the Internet after a long search, are correct. I wrote Elkline via the contact form, no answer. Very disappointing! Nice things in themselves, but the colors are completely wrong in the online shop (much too bright !!!) and customer service is non-existent. I order a lot online, but I've never seen anything like it. Will definitely never order again. Hands off the Elkline online shop! Addendum: It seems that Elkline does not understand that my main complaint is that you cannot be contacted, except through a Google rating that hurts the most. It would be better to contact me properly by email, Björn, instead of answering my review! PS: There was no return sticker, so a "free" return is probably not actually possible but just a publicity stunt! 2. Addendum: after a few days someone from Elkline finally got in touch by email, apparently all email addresses and telephone numbers were just defective ... the free return has now worked, I will only see how it looks with the reimbursement ...

Nice shop, nice staff, great products. And, as I have just learned, soon with a completely new logo. I think that's even better than such a big moose antler.
