I stopped in Kiel on my way from Berlin to Denmark just to visit this place. I made the right choice. Excellent tea varieties and tea ware. Fantastic team. I will start ordering online in the future but, if in Kiel, visit their store. It's a great experience. I did not try the teas yet but I am sure I will be super happy with them. The cup I bought is perfect for my need. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and great help!

Never recommend to anyone. Tried to contact them twice and all I got was ignore. Maybe just because I am not from Germany? Wrote a feedback on facebook, got the message from a woman. She did not even ask me how she can help, what was wrong or did not even try to find a solution, she just shouted at me (with these !!!!!!!!) and insisted to delate the feedback. Is it normal manner to shout at people, call them fakes, mean people who have ugly hear and just put angry faces with each message?She reacted as a child not as a grown up woman, wow did not expect that such people are in the world. Solution was not found, as she did not try to and then she with all angry faces, callings etc. blocked me...

What a wonderful shop! You get a nice package with a handwritten note and the tea tastes fantastic. Customer service the way I love it. Overall grade 1. Thank you!

I haven't tried shipping yet. But the tea is really fine. Great selection and a fair price. Such specialist shops can only be supported.
