B. expects a thorough tartar removal within the regular care, should avoid the practice of Ms. Mensing. My new dentist had to remove tartar for 20 minutes. That had accumulated in Ms. Mensing in two years and had meanwhile become a health risk. The dangerous thing for me as a patient is that Ms. Mensing does not tell you honestly and directly in the face: “Listen, you have tartar. It should be removed urgently in their health interest. But I don't get the fee that the health insurance company pays me for it. I also want to earn more. That is why I will only remove the tartar if you book professional teeth cleaning with me. " Then I would have known what I was doing and would have looked for another practice. Ms. Mensing doesn't do that. On my first visit, your helpers strongly advertised professional teeth cleaning. But they made no link to the current condition of my teeth. So I assumed it was just an advertisement for an expensive additional service. I also found the advice regarding a damaged tooth to be poor. Two dentists, independently of one another, recommended a plastic filling. Ms. Mensing's comment on my advice that the deepening on the shopping area bothers me, roughly, "yes it is worn out". Point.
