I've been trying to get through every day for a week now and mostly hang up after 15 minutes. I always got through before. I have no idea why this is the case but after reading the other reviews it seems to be the same for others. I had a good impression of Ms. Burba but what if you just don't get an appointment ?!

Poor accessibility by phone, if you are in "need", you will be rejected, appointment is only possible in 3 months, although a patient of many years. I changed practice.

So far my experiences have been positive. Now I hung on the phone for almost 15 minutes to make an appointment for my free day and then this is still entered incorrectly. Instead of an apology very poor reception is still claiming that I have made the mistake .... ..... now I have an appointment for ..... very disappointing in 3 months

I had to wait 25 minutes until someone answered the phone. Impudence.
