The medical assistant has been very rude on the phone. So that I go to the other doctor now. Because I find that if one does not have the ability to speak well with patients and instead of trying to show at least understanding and interest to the patient, rather than giving lessons. Very rude and incompetent. Such people are not allowed to work with patients because they are heartless.
