We felt in good hands. We did not have to wait long even though we had prepared for it and were given very competent advice. There have been many complaints about the parking situation here, I think wrongly, because there are enough parking garages nearby.

Basically, the reception was friendly, albeit subtly annoyed, and the diagnostics adapted. However, the doctor was unable to give us a satisfactory explanation of the results of the tests. However, what was extremely worrying is the hygiene management in practice. You are asked to wash your hands when entering the practice. So far okay. The reception counter is equipped with a plexiglass pane and the ladies have their masks on properly. However, they also wear disposable gloves. The same equipment applies to the doctor. Care is taken to ensure that, depending on the diagnosis and examinations, the patients have no contact with each other. The individual families are always routed past each other at a distance. However, during the entire time we were in the practice (approx. 2.5 hours), there was not even a disinfection of the rooms or surfaces. The worst thing was that the disposable gloves were not changed once ... The patient is handled with the same gloves as the pen, every doorknob, file and every subsequent patient ... Apparently Dr. Baade and his team have not yet been informed that they are disposable and not day gloves. Really disgusting and not hygienically wearable.

Super nice consultation hours and the doctor is really nice and competent, I was there today for the newborn screening, we didn't have to wait and were allowed to breastfeed and sleep in our own room! Dr. Baade was very careful and loving with my daughter, although the waiting room was full of patients and he was probably under stress. We felt comfortable and in good hands. The doctor is highly recommended for children.

Nice practice, nice medical assistants, great doctor The practice was well filled, had to wait ... but was not a problem, the kids can play there nicely. Waiting time should always count, if you go with children to the doctor, not every child is equally good with and that's why it sometimes comes to delays :) I would always take our approach of over 2.5 hours to be treated in this practice.
