Well-stocked branches, always friendly and helpful employees who know their range. However, I have now had to experience customers there who were really disrespectful to the shop assistants - as you call into the forest, it echoes out.
I can only recommend this branch!
A very unbalanced young man made long comments about the purchases I had with me. When asked if he wanted to see her, he backed off. Nobody did that. Otherwise the business is well sorted and managed.
Nice bright Rossmann, clean and good selection.
The staff are very nice, the only exception is the "lady" with a Polish or Russian accent, who is sloppy and really unfriendly. And not just as an exception or just to me, but consistently. When she's at the till, I do it like my colleagues and prefer to postpone my shopping.
Hence two stars deduction.

Complaining to branch management did not help, calling customer service has also not worked since then ...
