The Corona protective measures include ... that you MUST take a basket or cart with you to the store. Consequently, the reason cannot be that one counts how many customers are in the store in this way. In the end, it doesn't matter: If I have to stand at the checkout for 15 minutes because there are simply too few staff at the checkout, the hyguene concept is simply only one thing: inadequate.
Card payment almost always only requires a signature instead of a PIN, which costs time and receipts.
I am glad to have a Rossmann here in Kronshagen, so you do not have to drive into the city, the shop is clean, a bit small but you get everything you need there, and if you ask the staff are friendly, so have I experienced it so far. Yes, the queue at the box office is often long, but I find more than you can not work & if there is a lot to do you have some understanding. Anyway;)
Most of the staff is very friendly. Sometimes you get to a grim one, who can not even say hello. Unfortunately, I always get upset about the bad organization at the cash register. The snake has to reach down to the perfume department to open a new box office. There DM is a lot further!
